Antique Japanese Shingnon Buddhism five-pronged gokorei bell, ca. 1900-1930. With a simple, functional design and flared bottom. Handle design resembling stylized vajra. Likely made of "sahari, " an alloy of copper and tin, with small amounts of zinc, lead, and silver. With a clapper.
