Condition: The varnish is toned. There is craquelure. There is a small impact point along the upper region of the hair. There are scattered small losses to the pigment throughout. There are signs of repairs along the hair and neck including the impact point; evidence of red ink used to cover the small losses to the pigment. Light wear to the wooden board, including losses to the pigment along the extreme edges. There is a small loss to the wood along the upper left verso. There are splits to the wood along the verso, the largest measuring approximately 1 1/2 inches.
