Painted wooden wedding or storage chest with two polychrome panels, 1826. Initialed "JTJL" and dated along the front of the chest.
Height: 20 in x width: 47 1/2 in x depth: 24 1/2 in.
Condition: The chest is structurally sound. Some separation to the joints. Light scuffs, scratches, and chips along the extreme edges. Wear to the pigment. Minute, scattered areas of boreholes. The door is locked and does not open, no key included.
