Weller Pottery, Zanesville, Ohio, United States. Art pottery ceramic bud vase of unusual form, ca. 1920s. Executed in oxblood flambe and vibrant greenbrair glazes. Incised mark along the underside. With a partial, residual paper label affixed near the rim.
Provenance: Purchased from Old Main Street Antiques, Minnesota, 1999; Private Minnesota Collection.
Height: 5 in x width: 5 in x diameter: 4 1/4 in.
Condition: No cracks or losses. A few fleabite to small-sized chips along the footrim. Very light crazing to the glaze. Light dust gathered along the interior.
