Group of two vintage wooden office furniture pieces including an Old Hickory writing or teacher’s desk and a Revell & Co. swivel chair, possibly constructed of oak, ca. 1940s. Stamped along the underside of the desk "Old Hickory, Martinsville, Indiana." Plaque affixed to the underside of the chair reading "Revell & Co. Furniture, Rugs, & Draperies, Chicago."
(Desk) Height: 31 1/2 in x width: 46 in x depth: 22 in. (Chair) Height: 32 in x width: 21 in x depth: 24 in.
Condition: There are no major breaks. Wear consistent with age and use to both the chair and the desk including wear to the finish, scratches, scuffs, and some discoloration throughout. Some separation to the joints. Tarnishing to the metal components of the chair consistent with age.
