Antique brass balance scale on wood base with set of brass weights. Item is missing some hardware (screws).

Condition: Wear throughout from age and use including patina on the metal pieces, scratches, peeling paint on the bottom, scuffs. Missing some screws. On wood leg is partially damaged.
