Set of two painted bronze Qin bronze chariot replicas. Each includes four speckled horses, a open chariot or closed carriage, and driver shielded by an umbrella roof. The Qin bronze chariots refer to a set of two Qin dynasty bronze model chariots discovered in 1980 at the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, Qin Shi Huang (259-210 BCE).


Closed carriage; height: 5 in x width: 7 1/2 in x 13 1/2 in. Open chariot; height: 7 1/2 in x width: 7 in x depth: 10 in.

Condition: General wear consistent with age. Some verdigris to chariot and carriage. Losses to at least one of the horses headpieces.
