Antique Arts and Crafts copper and brass coal scuttle. Circa 1900-1920. Hand formed. Tall, cylindrical copper body with heavy brass handles and mountings. Scalloped upper rim, flared bottom rim, and a beautifully engraved common chickweed motif on the body. Horizontal bands raised at top and bottom. Handles and mounting pieces are also decoratively engraved. Unsigned.

Condition: General wear. Some patination throughout.
