Large Chinese porcelain vase with "langyao" oxblood or sang-de-boeuf flambe red glaze, Qing Dynasty. Of rounded hu jar form, flanked by loop handles along either side of the neck.
Height: 13 in x diameter: 9 in.
Condition: There is crazing to the glaze throughout. Several minute spots of loss to the glaze layer and possible impact lines (these are nearly imperceptible from crazing lines). Near the top rim, there is a small loss to the glaze with extending hairline cracks which extend through to the ceramic. Some small chips to the footrim. There are felt tabs affixed along the underside of the vase.
