Antique Old Sleepy Eye Miling Company stoneware Flemish beer stein depicting Chief Ishtakhaba (Sisseton Dakota, 1780-1859), also known as Chief Sleepy Eye.
Height: 7 1/2 in x width: 5 3/4 in x diameter: 4 1/4 in.
Condition: There is a large loss to the rim. Crazing throughout. There are possible signs of restoration along one edge, visible from the interior and along one of the narrow bands of curved motifs.
