Victor Arnautoff (Russian/American, 1896-1979). Group of three landscape prints depicting seaside motifs. Including one print depicting the Golden Gate Bridge, and two prints titled "Fisherman" depicting a man fly fishing along the shore. Each pencil signed, titled, and editioned along the lower margin.
Provenance: By repute, purchased from the estate of the artist’s son.
Height ranges from 13 3/4 in to 15 3/4 in; width ranges from 16 3/4 in to 19 in.
Condition: There are no major tears or losses. To two of the prints, there are small, geometric cutout areas along the left and right margins. Evidence of moisture exposure, including two tide lines along the Golden Gate Bridge print, and areas of foxing "Fisherman" prints. Scattered creases and handling marks. Wear along the extreme edges. The works are not framed.
