Cadman Mathias (Antiguan, 20th/21st century). Group of two oil on canvas paintings each depicting women working in the market rendered in warm tones of orange, red, and pink. Each signed along the lower center.
Height (each): 8 in x width: 10 in x depth: 3/4 in.
Condition: To each, there are no tears or losses. The colors are bold and bright. Light wear along the perimeters. Varnish is lightly toned. To one of the paintings, the canvas is slightly loose. To one of the paintings, there is a small area of soiling along the lower extreme edge. Works are not mated or framed.
