Taxidermied shoulder mount of a South African oryx, also known as a gemsbok. Collected October 11, 1983 in Namibia.
(Oryx) Height: 45 in x width: 12 in x depth: 24 in. (Horns) Length: 28 in.
Condition: Wear commensurate with age and material. There are scattered areas of losses to the fur, particularly along the neck and snout. Shedding to the fur. Wear along the extreme edges, particularly to the ears. No major breaks or losses to the horns.
