Small display box with glass top housing 4 items related to the Civil War Battle of Shiloh, which took place April 6-7, 1862 in southwestern Tennessee.

Each found item has a provenance statement with information that may include who found the relic, the location it was found, when the item was found, and other interesting facts about the item. Most statements include a photo of the item to which it pertains.

From left to right, top to bottom, the box contains:

– Fired .69 caliber bullet recovered by James Shaner from property bordering Spain’s Branch, near Lick Creek, at Shiloh. Location was home to camps on the Union left flank that were overrun by initial Confederate attack.
– Flattened bullet found at Shiloh, 1974. Formerly part of the collection of William Reger of Berks County, Pennsylvania.
– 1962 four cent Civil War Centennial Battle of Shiloh Stamp
– Eagle coat button with "WATERBURY BUTTON CO" marked on back recovered by James Shaner from property bordering Spain’s Branch, near Lick Creek, at Shiloh. Location was home to camps on the Union left flank that were overrun by initial Confederate attack.
