Group of seven vintage Mexican folk art "Tlaquepaque" style bandera or red ware tourist pottery divided luncheon plates, saucers, and a pitcher, ca. 1940s-1960s. Each vessel depicting wildlife, foliage, and similar motifs against an earthy red slip ground.
(Pitcher) Height: 5 in x length: 5 in x width: 3 in. (Plates) Height ranges from 1/2 in to 1 1/4 in; diameter ranges from 5 in to 12 1/4 in.
Condition: General wear throughout commensurate with age and use. Surface accretions. Some plates have minute chips. Raised divider sections of larger plates have wear and lost pigment to the top edges.
