Kaoru Kawano (Japanese, 1916–1965). Woodblock print on paper titled "Small Birds." Depicting a girl shrouded in black cloth with two small white birds perched along her arm and hand. With an iron red stamp seal along the lower left quadrant.
Height: 20 1/2 in x width: 15 1/2 in x depth: 1 in.
Condition: The colors are bold and deep. There are no visible tears or losses. The sheet is lightly toned. Housed under an acidic mat. Framed under plexiglass. Light wear to the frame. Work not inspected out of frame.
